  1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

    • If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 48 hours of placing the order, provided that it has not been shipped.
    • To cancel, please email us at contactus@myurvija.com with your order details.
    • If the cancellation request is approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10-12 business days.
  2. Cancellation After Shipment

    • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.
  3. Exceptions

    • Urvija reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued for the prepaid orders.
