1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

All return requests must be supported with clear images or video evidence and must be emailed to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Products without original packaging, seals, tags, or invoice

Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or via gift cards

Personal care products (creams, serums, oils, etc.) due to hygiene reasons
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Share your order number, reason for return, and supporting images

Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you for self-shipping

The product must be shipped back within 5 days of approval

The product must be returned in original condition with packaging and invoice intact

For valid claims (e.g., damaged/incorrect item), reasonable self-shipping charges will be reimbursed
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Methods

Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets):
Refunded to the original payment method within 10–12 business days -
COD Orders:
Refunded as store credit or via bank transfer (upon request)
Refund Timeline
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days.
Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrectly delivered items, subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be issued.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 10–12 business days.
After Shipment
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery, subject to this policy.
Cancellation by Urvija
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

In such cases, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
