After dispatch, standard delivery within India is usually 2–7 business days, depending on location and courier serviceability.

Metro and Tier-1 cities are generally serviced faster than remote or out-of-service areas, where additional transit days may apply.
4. Shipping Charges

10. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, you must raise a complaint with the courier and inform us within 48 hours; we will assist you, but we are not liable for refunds in cases confirmed as misplaced or stolen after a successful delivery scan.

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos/video of the outer packaging and product, and an unboxing clip if available.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as per our Returns/Refund Policy; claims raised beyond the stipulated time may not be accepted.
